Stuart Mc Donell, through his company Plan 2 Perform P/L, worked with Melbourne College of Hair and Beauty’ and myself as owner, over almost twelve months to analyse the business, explore its strengths and weaknesses, and develop a detailed strategic and operational plan for the next three years. The plan included both strategies for growth and profit improvement, and met all the stringent compliance requirements of the highly regulated education industry in Australia.
